vodka. That's the word from Michael
Buble whose main tour sponsor again will
be Ketel One Vodka. The Grammy nominated singer
kicks off his North American Tour on Thursday
in his home province of BC with a show in Victoria.
The U.S. tour starts in Hollywood on February

New
York Post Screws Up on Michael Buble June
5, 2007 - In the "what de?" category,
the New York Post missed the mark on Michael
Buble's romance with British actress
Emily Blunt. The papers gossip column reported
that Michael Buble' tried but failed to
get the attention of Blunt recently. The
only problem is he's been dating Blunt for
two years. The couple had a good laugh as
they read about a supposed encounter that
was obviously misinterpreted or never happened
at the Hotel Costes K in Paris. Buble's
representative only had this to say, "They
have been together for two years and are
a lovely couple." In other earth shattering
news, Celine Dion is really annoying. -

Buble Feeling Lots of Pressure May
1, 2007 - Michael
Buble says he spent lots of sleepless
nights trying to raise the bar on his new
album. "Call me Irresponsible,"
released today put so much pressure on Buble
he was actually having spats with producers
David Foster and Bob Rock but adds the confrontations
were "friendly." The Vancouver
crooner says the album was his toughest
album yet considering his last "It's
Time" sold six million units plus the
fact he didn't want to disappoint some of
his high profile fans including Tony Bennett.
Buble says, "I just wanted to keep
the momentum of my career going, I didn't
want to settle for anything less than perfect."
Buble gives his girlfriend, British actress
Emily Blunt credit for inspiring "Everything"
the first hit from the album. He also co-wrote
"Lost" with popular Calgary singer-songwriter
Jann Arden.
The album follows a familiar trail of his
last two CDs - catchy, smooth, remakes with
a few originals.

10, 2003 - Now here's a no-brainer, Michael
Buble' doing Christmas music! I mean can
you go wrong here? Lets see, the traditional
Christmas fans - the Bing or blue eyes fans
will love it, crooner lovers will warm up
to it, younger demo's have already sung
the praises of this young singer and more
than anything else this is pretty damn good
Christmas music. It's important to note
that this holiday EP was put together by
the same team that created his self titled
Warner Brothers debut - David Foster and

Michael Buble' Certified Double Platinum
In Canada December
9, 2003 - Singer's recordings sell over
80,000 copies in the U.S. last weekVancouver's
Michael Bublé continues to defy the
conventional marketing wisdom of the music
world with his astonishing success. The
young crooner's latest coupe is eclipsing
the double platinum sales mark (200,000)
in Canada. Internationally, the singer who
has been favourably compared to Bobby Darin
and Frank Sinatra has sold over 1.4 million
copies of his major label debut since it's
release this past February. All of this
without the benefit of a hit single on radio
or video play.
The news of this latest sales certification
comes during the same week that Michael
is headlining a week-long sold out run at
Ronnie Scott's in London, England. Bublé
is the current toast of the town as illustrated
in a seven page feature spread ran in the
most recent issue of the Sunday Times. Bublé's
record has been certified double gold in
the U.K., double platinum in Singapore,
platinum in Australia, New Zealand and South
Africa and gold in Taiwan. In
the United States, a number of high profile
television appearances have led to a massive
jump in the sales charts. Michael's album
re-entered the U.S. charts this week at
#47, selling over 47,000 copies last week
after his performance on the Today Show
and a profile run on NBC's Dateline. Incredibly,
Buble's 5 song Christmas EP, Let It Snow,
also debuted on the U.S. charts, entering
at #56 selling more than 38,000 copies He
will return to the Today Show on Christmas
day for a follow-up holiday performance.
In
Canada, combined sales for Bublé's
album and a limited edition version that
includes the five bonus Christmas tracks
eclipsed 15,000 copies in the past week.
In addition, close to 2,000 copies of the
Let It Snow EP were sold in Canada. Michael
Buble' Sells Million November
25, 2003 - In less than a year, Michael
Bublé's debut album has surpassed
the one million mark in sales worldwide!
The Warner/Reprise recording artist hit
this career milestone following visits to
the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia,
the Philippines and South Africa. Bublé
returns to London this week to appear on
the prestigious Parkinson's Christmas show;
followed later in the week by appearances
on two more high profile shows, "Richard
and Judy" and "Terry and Gaby".
On November 30th, he will be the subject
of an NBC Dateline feature and the first
week in December he returns to the Today
Show that helped launch his career just
10 months ago. Bublé will perform
a song from his self-titled limited edition,
Christmas CD. After that, it is back to
London for a sold-out, weeklong engagement
at Ronnie Scotts. More
Success for Michael Buble' September
23, 2003 - Warner Brothers Canada announced
Friday that Canadian singer Michael Bublé's
debut album has passed the Platinum threshold!
But it doesn't stop there. Not content with
success in his own country, Bublé
has also just returned from New Zealand
where the album passed the gold mark and
is currently #1 on the sales charts. Next
step was Australia where Bublé picked
up a Gold record for his album which currently
sits at #2. On to Kuala Lumpur where he
played before audiences that included heads
of State and saw the album pass the Gold
mark in sales. The Philippines were next
where the record topped the sales charts
at three record store chains. Michael was
inundated with over 1000 fans when he appeared
at the Podium Mall to sign autographs. The
final stop was to pick up a Platinum album
in Singapore. Again sell-out crowds greeted
his every stop and again, Michael was besieged
by requests for TV, radio and newspaper
interviews. Bublé now begins a week
of shows in the US before heading to the
UK and South Africa. Michael

Buble' Gives Thanks to His Mentors June
11, 2003 - Crooner Michael Buble' has not
exactly had a shortage of strong mentors
in his life. While working on his dads salmon
fishing boat for six years Michael heard
a lot of good advice from his father, "don't
use your hands please use your head."
The elder Buble' would tell his son. "You
don't want to have to work like I do."
Buble' told Smooth Jazz Now he also had
a strong support system in his granddad
who introduced him to the classic songs
of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Later
came support from former Canadian Prime
Minister Brian Mulroney who introduced Michael
to Producer David Foster. It was Foster
who helped put Buble' on the map by producing
his self titled gold album. Read
